Gramm Technika Poland offers innovative solutions for metal surface finishing. Our fully automated and digitally traceable processes enable the coating and passivation of aluminum and copper components. This is carried out in our own contract coating centers as well as in customized special-purpose systems.

High-quality coatings such as hard anodizing, nano-coating, or passivation on aluminum improve corrosion resistance for applications in energy technology, automotive, and heat exchange. Gramm Technika in Poland, together with its engineering partner LightMetalGroup and its global aerospace plant engineering expertise, offers innovative coating and passivation solutions from its EU headquarters in Poland, operating three production sites. Fully automated and digitally traceable, aluminum and copper components, both metallic and polymeric, are coated or passivated in continuous handling systems or customer-specific specialized equipment at Gramm Technika's own contract coating centers or through the installation of turnkey systems with chemically integrated processes at the customer's site.

Hard anodizing in black with a smooth and selective finish
- 5–50 µm, 350–450 HV on aluminum alloys
- Black, corrosion‑resistant coating with SURTEC and Nano‑Coat
- Selective anodizing for parts such as engine pistons (top ring groove) with low roughness values.

Hard anodizing is created by electrolytic oxidation. It offers strong wear performance, lower friction, electrical insulation, and corrosion protection of 300–1000 h (NSS) when combined with SURTEC and NanoCoat. Very low surface roughness (Ra < 0.4 µm) is possible.

full manual/digital inspection (visual, µm, Ra etc.), barcode, data matrix, X-ray, hardness tests, microscopy, VDA 19 cleanliness checks, corrosion tests via labs. Nano‑coat and polymer protection
- 1–40 µm, >750 NSS corrosion resistance, strong chemical resistance
- For fins and tubes of heat exchangers (inside/outside)
- Suitable for aluminum, bronze, copper‑brazed and stainless steel units, plus EGR systems
Cr6+‑free SURTEC 650 layer for strong bonding/welding MIL Cr6+ passivated.
Powder and electrophoretic coating up to 2×1 m
Internal cleaning and nano‑coating of complex exchangers (Al/Bronze/StSt)
Metal ions < 40 ppm, conductivity < 50 µS. Easy‑to‑clean with strong corrosion protection

Selective and full-surface hard chrome plating Cr6+, SAVROC Cr3+
- coating for piston rods, injectors, selective coating.

- For hydraulic piston rods, engine valves, injection nozzles, cylinders and more.
The above processes are carried out in jet or rack plating using standard or high‑speed selective systems, offered as contract manufacturing, turn‑key or operator models.
